Service Description

Do you feel worn-out? Easily stressed? The 1-1 sessions aim to assist participants in finding a clear direction and guidance, releasing burnout, or managing chronic wellbeing issues. These sessions offer practical and effective strategies to manage mental health, good relationships, and greater self-awareness to build resilience. What is therapy & healing? It is based on a modality developed by a master healer, Shakti Durga, and practised over the past 25 years in Australia, USA, UK, Canada India and China. It combines meditation, breathing practices, positive psychology, mindfulness, energy and sound medicine, forgiveness, acceptance and adaptation. The sessions take 45-60 minutes, usually on Zoom, other online platforms and in person. They help to relieve the pressure arising from life events, relationships and past challenges. Participants report generally feeling lighter, happier and more empowered to lift their life to a new level. To be able to have a clear direction and perform to your highest potential, our bodies, emotions, and minds are required to be looked after such as - a regular relief of stress and anxiety - being grounded - energetic cleaning / chakra clearing - healing relationships - connecting to the unlimited source - chanting OM - letting go of old stuff that is draining you - sleeping well and etc. When you get a regular lift/healing session, you will notice that - you feel lighter, - you can focus better, - you can let go of your fear and anxiety faster, - you can connect with people easier - you get clarity in mind Please see Testimonials.
