These sessions provide practical and effective strategies for improving mental health, fostering good relationships, and increasing self-awareness to build resilience. What is therapy & healing? This approach is based on IYS Healing, a modality developed by master healer Shakti Durga, and practiced for over 25 years in Australia, the USA, the UK, Canada, India, and China. It integrates meditation, breathing practices, positive psychology, mindfulness, energy and sound medicine, forgiveness, acceptance, and adaptation. Sessions last 45-60 minutes and are conducted via Zoom, other online platforms, or in person. They help alleviate the pressures of life events, relationships, and past challenges. Participants often report feeling lighter, happier, and more empowered to elevate their lives. To perform at your highest potential, it's essential to care for your body, emotions, and mind.
