Service Description

Times: 6:30 - 7:30 pm (Sydney time) We all yearn for a harmonious, happy, joyful and abundant life without too much stress and trauma. When we’re stuck in a relentless cycle of anxiety with the mind, we become vulnerable and every sense is on high alert as survival mode kicks in. A spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar summed up the sensorial effects of meditation best: “You become totally relaxed, yet at the same time you possess sharpness of awareness, strength of intelligence. Your senses become so clear. You can see better, think better, hear better. Like a pure crystal, your senses come to reflect all objects as one Divinity.” Participating in a weekly meditation for 5 weeks to clear your mind from heavy emotions helps you started your days on a positive note. The moment you close your eyes to meditate, your senses will respond to the calmness, especially after the chanting which is said to increase the brain’s gamma wave (processes info. across the various parts of the brain, and linked to an increased ability to perceive reality through our five senses. You will notice the things around you more – you saw them, and tasted, felt and heard.
